Sample Menu
Our Conversation Table is about more than just what’s on the plate (although this menu speaks for itself). It’s about sharing stories over Devon crab and bouillabaisse, passing the Jersey Royals along the table, and lingering over the last of the forced rhubarb as the evening unfolds.
Tommy will introduce each course, talking through the ingredients, the season and the thinking behind the dishes — from wild garlic chimichurri to seaweed butter and lemon verbena. It’s relaxed, hosted and beautifully unhurried.
Come on your own, as a couple, or with friends — you’ll be welcomed into a shared dining experience where strangers become table companions and conversation flows as easily as the wine.
